Amy Elliott

Vice President, External Affairs and Customer Service, Kentucky Power

Amy Elliott is vice president, External Affairs and Customer Service for Kentucky Power. She is responsible for the economic development, communications, customer service and external affairs teams for the company.

Elliott most recently served as external affairs manager and lobbyist. She joined Kentucky Power in 2008 as part of the regulatory compliance and rates business unit.

Prior to joining American Electric Power, Elliott worked as an insurance consultant for the Tennessee Department of Commerce and Insurance.

Elliott holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from Transylvania University and an MBA from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. She completed Economic Development certification through the Economic Development Institute at the University of Oklahoma.
